Both plans are the complete product: the same diagnosis, the same reversible fix, the same measurement against a control group from your own catalogue. The only thing that changes is the monthly order band the price is pitched at. No overage, ever, no charge per return, and nothing is throttled if you outgrow Starter.
Independent research puts 19.3% of online sales into returns (NRF, 2025 Retail Returns Landscape). Asked what drives them, 100 US apparel brands and retailers named size and fit more often than anything else — 53% of them (Coresight Research, 2023). Size and fit is exactly what a product page can answer.
Your own arithmetic, not ours: last month’s returns × what one return actually costs you — return shipping, handling, and the markdown on what you cannot resell as new. That is the number the product page is competing against. Whyback does not promise to lower it. It measures whether the change you approved moved your own rate against your own catalogue, and says so when it did not.
A · The diagnosis says so and writes nothing.
A · No. Install, approve, done.
If 60 days after Whyback's first fix your control-adjusted return rate hasn't improved on the fixed products, or Whyback found no page-fixable cause at all, we refund every euro. No questions.
The second half matters as much as the first. If Whyback scans your catalogue and honestly tells you your pages are fine, you paid for a no, and you get your money back for it. Restraint should cost us, not you.
The first five stores keep the founding price for three months, get the first measured before/after of their own catalog, and have a direct line to the founder.
